Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases for prepaid orders:
- If the food packaging is tampered with or damaged upon delivery.
- If your order is cancelled by KhaLoG due to:
- Delivery address falling outside the designated zone (Gomoh, Dhanbad, PIN Code 828401).
- Failure to contact you during order confirmation.
- Unavailability of items ordered at the restaurant.
- Failure to deliver the order due to incorrect information provided by you.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be processed directly to your original payment method or linked bank account for prepaid orders.
- No wallet credits or alternate compensation will be issued.
- Refunds will typically be completed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Non-Refundable Situations
Since we provide a food delivery service, the following are non-refundable scenarios:
- Orders where food quality is in question (we can assist you in raising a complaint to the restaurant but will not issue refunds).
- Delays in delivery caused by traffic, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Cancellations made after the order is prepared or dispatched.
