Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases for prepaid orders:

  1. If the food packaging is tampered with or damaged upon delivery.
  2. If your order is cancelled by KhaLoG due to:
    • Delivery address falling outside the designated zone (Gomoh, Dhanbad, PIN Code 828401).
    • Failure to contact you during order confirmation.
    • Unavailability of items ordered at the restaurant.
  3. Failure to deliver the order due to incorrect information provided by you.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be processed directly to your original payment method or linked bank account for prepaid orders.
  • No wallet credits or alternate compensation will be issued.
  • Refunds will typically be completed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Since we provide a food delivery service, the following are non-refundable scenarios:

  • Orders where food quality is in question (we can assist you in raising a complaint to the restaurant but will not issue refunds).
  • Delays in delivery caused by traffic, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Cancellations made after the order is prepared or dispatched.
